| In 2007 the State has promulgated a new foreign-invested industrial policy "Industrial Catalog for Foreign Investment (2007 Amendment)," and the Ministry of Commerce, State Development and Reform Commission, the State Council, the General Administration of Customs, and other relevant departments have implemented relevant policies and other policy document on import & export business, to carry out new version of industrial policy. In order to promote openness in government affairs, to timely notify enterprises involved in foreign-investment with the specific content and operation methods of new policies and regulations, Shanghai Foreign Investment Committee decides to hold the first phase for explanation meeting of import and export business policies.
