++++ Organization and Functions of the Association ++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The Association has one office, four departments (the R & D Department, the Policy Service Department, the Department of Education and Training and the Information Service Department), and five professional committees (Design, Manufacturing, Assembly & Test, Equipment Material, and Smart Card). Also, the Association has its own website, the IC Application magazine (monthly), and a monthly briefing, so as to release the industry information in time. The Association works to provide policy services and policy coordination for the enterprises, actively help the enterprises to open up the industry chain, carry through the industry statistics and analysis, hold all kinds of exchanges and cooperation activities, constitute industry standards and protect the intellectual property.
